Arthur is great! Called Rancho Cordova Appliance Repair because my washer stopped working and I obviously don't like dirty laundry, pun intended. He asked me for the model number and the what is the problem, so I took some photos and a video of the problem and sent it to him to review. He calls me back and told me exactly what the problem is, and approximately how much the part would cost. He was extremely knowledgeable and very honest which I really really appreciate! He also told me he had seen several of these same brand of washer have the same problem and to avoid them in the future. If any of my appliances breaks again, knock on wood, I will definitely call Arthur!
